πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Collaborate with leaders and employees throughout corporate functions to offer guidance on employee relations, performance management, employment practices, and People Team policies.

β€’ Oversee employee relations issues, which include workplace concerns, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance-related challenges.

β€’ Mentor managers on employee engagement, talent development, performance management, and effective leadership techniques.

β€’ Assist in organizational changes, workforce planning activities, and restructuring initiatives in collaboration with business leaders and People Team stakeholders.

β€’ Work alongside Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and People Operations teams to provide integrated people solutions.

β€’ Facilitate talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning discussions, and development planning activities.

β€’ Analyze workforce data and people metrics to identify trends, support decision-making, and guide People Team recommendations.

β€’ Aid in the creation, implementation, and communication of People Team programs, policies, and initiatives.

β€’ Ensure adherence to employment laws, company policies, and established HR practices.

β€’ Engage in special projects and strategic People Team initiatives aligned with Trinzic's growth and development as an independent public company.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

β€’ Over 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.

β€’ Proven experience managing employee relations issues and conducting workplace investigations.

β€’ Experience working directly with managers on performance management, employee engagement, and organizational change initiatives.

β€’ Background in supporting a corporate or professional employee demographic within a complex organizational setting.

β€’ Comprehensive understanding of employee relations principles, HR best practices, and fundamental employment law.

β€’ Proven ability to build trust and influence leaders at various levels within the organization.

β€’ Strong business partnership, coaching, and consulting capabilities.

β€’ Competence in assessing and resolving complex employee situations with sound judgment and discretion.

β€’ Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

β€’ Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and a keen attention to detail.
