Senior Human Resources Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business leaders to convert the company's strategy into defined people priorities, encompassing workforce planning, organizational design, and enhancing leadership effectiveness.

• Conduct quarterly reviews of people metrics that cover hiring, attrition, engagement, and organizational health, while implementing action plans based on findings.

• Provide coaching to leaders regarding performance management, employee relations, and making informed, risk-aware decisions.

• Facilitate succession planning and talent reviews; assist in the development of career paths and Individual Development Plans as tools are introduced.

• Aid in change management and ensure stability post-integration during times of growth and transformation.

• Guarantee the consistent and compliant application of people practices, partnering with HR Operations/Compliance to address any gaps.

• Work in conjunction with Human Capital Centers of Excellence, including Recruiting, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Benefits, Payroll, and HR Operations/Compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of advancing HR experience, including more than 3 years as an HR Business Partner.

• Proven experience collaborating with senior leaders in fast-paced, multi-location settings.

• Strong capabilities in organizational design, coaching on performance and employee relations, talent planning, and managing change.

• Proficient in utilizing data to identify issues, prioritize tasks, and measure outcomes.

• Skilled in influencing without formal authority and quickly establishing trust with diverse stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a practical, results-driven approach.

• Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer.
