Human Resources Assistant Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Identify and apply for IT job openings on various job boards and professional networking platforms.

• Aid in the creation and refinement of CVs and cover letters for clients.

• Dispatch outreach messages to prospective employers on behalf of clients.

• Compile basic progress reports regarding client job applications.

• Conduct preliminary research on companies and job vacancies according to client specifications.

• Work in conjunction with recruiters to facilitate a seamless candidate experience.

• Assist in recruiting and consulting activities for IT professionals aiming for international careers and relocation to Germany.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters and company founders.

• Perform a performance and fit assessment following the internship for a potential transition into a permanent position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English (C1 level).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail and strong research skills.

• Basic knowledge of the IT sector (e.g., differentiating between Java and JavaScript).

• Comfortable navigating job boards and utilizing Google Docs.

• Willingness to learn new tools and processes.

• Any prior experience in HR, recruiting, account management, customer support, or career consulting would be advantageous.

• Experience in outreach/messages, scheduling, or structured administrative tasks would also be beneficial.

• Applicants must be available to work within CET ±3 hours.

• Submission of a CV and a brief note expressing interest in the internship along with desired HR/recruiting skills is required.
