Human Resource Intern – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in talent management, learning, and development efforts.

• Partner with the Inclusion Council on mentorship initiatives, communications for cultural holidays and heritage events, and the Inclusion magazine.

• Plan, design, and produce employee communications and other media.

• Work alongside the Learning & Development team to create curricula.

• Foster synergies within the global talent function.

• Engage in significant projects with defined deliverables and timelines.

• Collaborate closely with a leader and serve as a mentor/champion.

• Present project outcomes and tasks to TTM stakeholders and leadership.

• Take part in training and team-building exercises.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a four-year degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a proven capacity to align communication methods with the target audience.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding all work performed.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.

• Proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and a solid work ethic.

• Basic understanding of Human Resources functions.

• Ability to collaborate effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Cross-cultural awareness and the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Must adhere to TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures, as well as all relevant laws including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC.

• Access to ITAR products and related technical data is limited to U.S. Citizens and U.S. Permanent Residents.
