This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.
• Execute the responsibilities of HR Administrator I as needed
• Address and resolve intricate inquiries from employees and managers concerning employee data and HR operational procedures
• Examine discrepancies in employee data and determine root causes to aid in issue resolution
• Perform audits and reviews to guarantee the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of employee information
• Analyze employee data to uncover recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for process enhancements
• Prepare, validate, and assist with large-scale employee data updates and organizational changes
• Create, reconcile, and analyze HR reports to meet operational and compliance needs
• Assist with HR system testing, upgrades, implementations, and ongoing improvement initiatives
• Develop and sustain HR procedures, work instructions, and process documentation
• Serve as an informal resource for team members, offering guidance on HR systems, processes, and data management practices
• Assist with HR projects and operational initiatives as assigned
• High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Proficiency in French (both written and spoken) (Required)
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred)
• At least two years of progressive experience in human resources, HRIS administration, employee data management, or a similar administrative role (Required)
• Capability to perform each essential duty effectively with or without reasonable accommodations
