This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, programs, and overall HR guidance.
• Assist with employee relations matters, including addressing employee concerns, resolving issues, documenting performance, and facilitating engagement initiatives.
• Refer complex employee relations issues to the appropriate parties when necessary.
• Offer guidance to managers on essential performance management practices such as goal setting, feedback discussions, and development planning.
• Aid in talent-related processes, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, internal transfers, and workforce planning activities.
• Ensure the consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures while adhering to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, records, and case notes in line with company standards and confidentiality requirements.
• Compile and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support decision-making and identify workforce trends.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to assist in the rollout of HR programs and initiatives.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
• Stay informed about HR best practices, updates in employment law, and organizational policies.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four (4) years of relevant and qualified work experience in a specialized HR field may substitute for the bachelor's degree requirement.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including experience as a generalist or HR Business Partner.
• Proven exposure to employee relations, performance management, and fundamental HR processes.
• Basic understanding of HR principles, policies, and U.S. employment laws and regulations.
• Strong customer service orientation with the capability to build trust and collaborative relationships with managers and employees.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to apply HR policies uniformly and exercise sound judgment within established guidelines.
• Proficiency in HR systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop consulting and business-partnering skills.
• Capability to work anywhere in the U.S.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.
