This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Perform comprehensive investigations into employee relations issues such as harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and workplace violence.
β’ Provide prompt communication regarding investigations, along with reports, summaries, and necessary documentation.
β’ Assist and mentor leaders in managing attendance-related cases.
β’ Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions for leadership development.
β’ Conduct effective interviews and maintain documentation utilizing ServiceNow case management.
β’ Aid in the preparation and documentation for works council meetings.
β’ Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
β’ Guide managers in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of Performance Improvement Plans.
β’ Collaborate with business and HR leaders when evaluating termination decisions.
β’ Oversee mid- to high-level investigations and employee matters until resolution.
β’ Administer employee relations programs and policies across Poland, Bulgaria, and Germany.
β’ Liaise with employees, management, legal teams, HR business partners, and external stakeholders.
β’ A bachelorβs degree is preferred, ideally in human resource management or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in the Employee Relations sector.
β’ Professional fluency in both German and English.
β’ Proficiency in either Polish or Bulgarian is essential.
β’ Experience in conducting investigations and providing guidance on sensitive and complex employee relations matters.
β’ Understanding of fundamental employment and labor laws in Poland and Bulgaria; knowledge of German law is a plus.
β’ Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
β’ Capability to perform thorough and comprehensive investigations.
β’ Strong problem-solving abilities with minimal supervision required.
β’ Flexibility and readiness to manage competing priorities while supporting team members.
β’ Ability to make timely, informed, and impartial decisions.
