πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist in the integration of HR and benefits for newly acquired companies.

β€’ Oversee the implementation, enrollment, renewal, and communication of benefits.

β€’ Provide support to employees regarding benefits, leave, policies, and general HR inquiries.

β€’ Ensure the maintenance of precise records for employees, benefits, and compliance.

β€’ Collaborate with brokers, carriers, EORs, PEOs, and local service providers.

β€’ Reconcile benefit enrollments, payroll deductions, and vendor invoices.

β€’ Coordinate the preparation of offer letters and employment agreements alongside the Talent Team and portfolio leaders.

β€’ Verify compensation, title, reporting structure, location, start date, and necessary approvals.

β€’ Manage the distribution of offers, signatures, preboarding, and onboarding processes.

β€’ Work closely with hiring managers, HR, Talent, and IT to ensure timely onboarding of new hires.

β€’ Assist with HRIS setup, benefit enrollment, employment documentation, and equipment requests.

β€’ Contribute to creating a cohesive and welcoming global onboarding experience.

β€’ Aid in the implementation, testing, data cleanup, and reporting of HRIS.

β€’ Develop processes, templates, checklists, and resources for employees.

β€’ Identify opportunities to streamline and automate administrative tasks.

β€’ Monitor projects, deadlines, risks, and unresolved decisions.

β€’ Help standardize practices while accommodating local requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, benefits, onboarding, HRIS support, or a related field.

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

β€’ Proficient understanding of benefits and employee lifecycle processes.

β€’ Experience supporting company acquisitions and managing a global workforce.

β€’ Background in coordinating offers or onboarding for new hires.

β€’ Strong proficiency in Excel.

β€’ Exceptional organizational skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail.

β€’ Comfortable working across various companies, countries, and time zones.

β€’ Sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.

β€’ A practical, responsive, and service-oriented mindset.

β€’ Experience with global workforces in Brazil, Portugal, Canada, and the UK is advantageous but not mandatory.

β€’ Familiarity with platforms such as Deel, Rippling, Multiplier, Employee Navigator, TriNet, or similar is beneficial but not required.
