This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a reliable HR advisor for department leaders and managers.
• Build relationships with business leaders to comprehend team objectives, challenges, organizational needs, and workforce priorities.
• Collaborate on organizational modifications, team structure, workforce planning, and initiatives related to personnel.
• Guide managers on leadership, employee communication, performance management, and HR policies.
• Detect trends, risks, and opportunities and propose solutions.
• Offer advice on employee relations issues, performance challenges, workplace disputes, attendance matters, and policy interpretation.
• Mentor managers through performance management discussions, documentation, corrective measures, and sensitive employee scenarios.
• Conduct or assist in workplace investigations.
• Address talent requirements, succession planning, development opportunities, retention, performance evaluations, goal setting, calibration, and development planning.
• Facilitate onboarding and the integration of new hires.
• Provide HR guidance throughout the employee lifecycle, which includes onboarding, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, leaves, performance management, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure accurate employee changes and HR transactions in Dayforce and other HR systems.
• Utilize HR systems, reporting, and dashboards to analyze workforce trends and aid business decisions.
• Identify trends in turnover, headcount, performance, compensation, and employee demographics, offering recommendations.
• Provide counsel on compensation practices, benefits, leave programs, and HR policies.
• Assist with compensation reviews and ensure compliance with employment regulations and HR best practices.
• Evaluate engagement, team dynamics, and organizational effectiveness.
• Develop and execute initiatives to enhance engagement, retention, communication, and workplace culture.
• Contribute to company-wide People initiatives and champion a positive, inclusive, and consistent employee experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 4 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in providing HR support or partnership to managers and employees.
• Proven experience advising managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong judgment and discretion when managing confidential and sensitive employee matters.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Preferred: Experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar consultative HR role.
• Preferred: Background in supporting organizational change, workforce planning, talent management, or employee engagement initiatives.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Dayforce (Ceridian) or another HCM/HRIS platform.
• Preferred: Experience utilizing HR data, reporting, and analytics.
• Preferred: Understanding of employment laws, wage & hour regulations, and general HR compliance.
• Preferred: PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other relevant HR certifications.
