Senior HR Operations Specialist – German speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Address service ticket inquiries

• Oversee People Operations, Payroll, and Benefits functions

• Offer support to employees and HR People Partners both on-site and remotely

• Handle escalations

• Develop and maintain support documentation for HR tools and processes

• Facilitate employee self-service and enhance customer satisfaction

• Manage relationships with third-party vendors

• Implement functional policies and strategies within HR Operations

• Produce and assess business-related reports to support decision-making

• Address issues following established procedures and consult senior team members on exceptions

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Human Resources & HR Operations Service Delivery

• Educational background equivalent to a Master's degree from a recognized university or college

• Significant experience in HR operations, including reporting, onboarding, and payroll management

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Workday, SAP, and Microsoft Office

• Strong verbal and written skills in both German and English

• Experience in process improvement/LEAN methodologies

• Experience with Swiss or Austrian Payroll is a plus

• Advanced Excel skills
