This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
β’ Oversee Hilton's global HR Technology Product organization, which is responsible for Core HR, Recruiting, Learning, Talent, and associated enterprise HR technology platforms.
β’ Implement the multi-year HR Technology product roadmap in collaboration with the Vice President, HR Technology & Innovation.
β’ Manage the product lifecycle, which includes roadmap planning, prioritizing features, overseeing backlog management, quarterly releases, adoption, and ongoing enhancements.
β’ Set product management standards and governance for HR technology products.
β’ Collaborate with Product Directors to outline platform strategies, prioritize improvements, manage technical debt, and ensure measurable value delivery.
β’ Drive modernization initiatives across Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Cornerstone Learning, Oracle Redwood, and AI-driven functionalities.
β’ Provide executive oversight for platform health, product adoption, release quality, user experience, security, and compliance.
β’ Cultivate and manage strategic vendor relationships, including roadmap discussions and quarterly business reviews.
β’ Develop and nurture the Product organization through coaching, succession planning, performance management, and capability enhancement.
β’ Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Global HR Operations, Service Delivery, Enterprise Technology, Information Security, Architecture, Data & Analytics, and Integration teams.
β’ Partner with the Vice President, HR Technology & Innovation on strategic planning, modernization efforts, and product investment suggestions.
β’ Establish connections with senior HR and business leaders to align product priorities and aid in organizational transformation.
β’ Work together with Oracle and Cornerstone to leverage platform capabilities to their fullest potential.
β’ Take ownership of HR Technology product roadmaps, product lifecycle management, platform strategies, governance, release planning, adoption strategies, performance metrics, vendor alignment, and the development of Hilton's HR Technology Product Management organization.
β’ A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in HR Technology, HRIS, Digital HR, Product Management, or a related enterprise technology role.
β’ At least seven (7) years of experience in people leadership, including managing managers and multidisciplinary teams.
β’ Proven experience leading a portfolio of enterprise HR technologies across various stages of the employee lifecycle, such as Human Capital Management, Recruiting, and Learning.
β’ Experience in devising and executing technology strategies and product roadmaps, including managing large-scale implementations, transformations, and platform upgrades.
β’ A strong comprehension of end-to-end HR processes and how technology, data, and integrations enhance the employee experience.
β’ Demonstrable leadership in a complex, matrixed environment with experience in influencing senior stakeholders across HR, Technology, and business functions.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
β’ Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Oracle Cloud HCM, Cornerstone, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, or similar technologies.
β’ Experience in leading global HR technology or Product Management organizations and managing strategic technology vendors and partners.
β’ Knowledge of Agile Product Management, AI, automation, integrations, identity management, or HR data and analytics.
β’ Relevant certifications in enterprise technology or Product Management.
β’ Experience in the hospitality industry or with another large, global, consumer-facing organization is preferred.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous.
