This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Oversee the complete implementation of projects related to time and attendance, payroll, and other HR solutions, guiding the process from initial discovery to go-live while serving as the trusted point of contact for clients.
β’ Conduct workshops with teams that may be resistant at times: simplify intricate concepts, foster consensus, and establish a structured approach.
β’ Question client requirements and propose configurations that align with industry best practices.
β’ Create executive-level deliverables that facilitate informed decision-making.
β’ Enhance INNOOVAβs methodologies through the use of accelerator tools, AI, and knowledge sharing.
β’ Guide, influence, and evolve clientsβ practices beyond mere configuration.
β’ Proficient in active listening, capable of asking incisive questions and challenging established thinking, possessing emotional intelligence and political savvy.
β’ Proven experience in facilitating workshops and managing complex stakeholder dynamics.
β’ Skillful in producing clear and persuasive executive-level deliverables.
β’ Demonstrated resilience in high-stakes transformation environments.
β’ Familiarity with human capital management (HCM), payroll, or workforce management systems.
β’ Background in implementing HR or enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions within a consulting framework.
β’ Certification on a recognized HCM platform is advantageous and may be sponsored by INNOOVA.
β’ Experience within the public or government sector is a plus.
β’ Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
β’ A minimum of 5β8 years of substantial consulting experience acquired at a major firm, consulting firm, or systems integrator.
β’ Canadian federal government security clearance is necessary; eligibility will be evaluated during the hiring process.
β’ Legal authorization to work in Canada is required (either Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a valid work permit).
