This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as a strategic business partner and a trusted advisor to senior management and cross-functional collaborators.
β’ Develop and implement HR initiatives encompassing workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, culture, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
β’ Lead and mentor managers, leaders, HR team members, consultants, and project associates.
β’ Collaborate with executive and business leaders to execute people strategies that align with organizational goals and growth plans.
β’ Direct workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and change management efforts.
β’ Design, execute, and enhance enterprise-wide performance management programs and performance cycles.
β’ Oversee employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, development, internal mobility, promotions, and offboarding.
β’ Utilize people analytics and workforce data to deliver strategic insights and recommendations.
β’ Spearhead initiatives related to culture, employee engagement, inclusion, organizational health, and organizational effectiveness.
β’ Manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, conflict resolution, accommodations, leave practices, and compliance efforts.
β’ Collaborate with Legal and senior leadership to mitigate organizational risks and address intricate people-related issues.
β’ Lead initiatives in leadership development, coaching, management effectiveness, and succession planning.
β’ Ensure the efficient execution and continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, operations, and payroll practices.
β’ Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR data.
β’ Partner with global HR leaders on regional and global strategic initiatives.
β’ Support business transformation, mergers, organizational restructuring, and growth strategies.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
β’ At least 8 years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues.
β’ Proficient understanding of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Capability to comprehend, interpret, and apply relevant laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
β’ Ability to understand organizational hierarchy, job roles, qualifications, compensation practices, and associated administrative procedures.
β’ Outstanding time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
β’ Spanish proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
