Senior HR Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, which encompasses recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.

• Manage and communicate the company's benefits programs.

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

• Assist in the creation and execution of HR policies and procedures.

• Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR-related questions.

• Conduct HR investigations and address employee relations concerns.

• Keep HR records and systems accurate and current.

• Support HR reporting and data analysis activities.

• Work with management on talent acquisition strategies, including the development of job descriptions, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and negotiating offers.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of HR processes and initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a dynamic environment.

• Strong understanding of HR best practices, as well as employment laws and regulations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.

• Proven capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with care.

• Demonstrated skills in problem-solving and conflict resolution.

• Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, effectively managing multiple priorities.

• PHR or SPHR certification is advantageous.
