This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Oversee the Talent Agenda across five Integrated Electronics manufacturing sites and the IE Program Management function.
• Create and implement the human resource and talent strategy for Integrated Electronics.
• Manage employee relations, team engagement, performance management, benefits, compensation, labor and regulatory compliance, recruiting, policy interpretation, and HR program execution.
• Collaborate with the SVP, IE, VP Operations, IE, HR Centers of Expertise, and Global HR leadership.
• Design and execute HR strategies that are in alignment with enterprise HR and business goals.
• Spearhead transformation initiatives in organizational development, organizational planning, leadership development, succession planning, and employee relations.
• Provide strategic direction in change leadership, organizational design, organizational effectiveness, and talent management.
• Co-lead initiatives related to talent and performance.
• Facilitate growth, margin improvement, acquisition diligence, and integration efforts.
• Drive cultural and change initiatives.
• Oversee HR projects, communications, peer collaboration, strategy, key processes, and special projects.
• Support talent management and succession planning; develop, assess, and mobilize talent effectively.
• Coach HR Managers and promote collaborative team dynamics.
• Enhance and standardize HR policies, processes, and activities for compliance purposes.
• Keep track of labor market trends and suggest programs to attract, motivate, and retain key resources.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to proactively address and optimize staffing requirements.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource management or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing the full spectrum of HR functions in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in multi-state/site operations.
• Professional certification from HRCI or SHRM is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S., NY, NH, CT, and CO employment laws and their implications in HR management.
• A background in manufacturing is essential.
• Critical experience in employee relations.
• Strong business acumen and executive presence.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Professional facilitation abilities.
• Capacity to manage details accurately and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry is a plus.
• Must adhere to TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC laws.
• Must be able to identify ITAR products and understand restricted access for U.S. Citizens and U.S. Permanent Residents.
• Must recognize Foreign Person visitors and follow authorization protocols.
• Must comprehend export requirements for shipments departing the U.S.
• Must manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
