Senior HR Business Partner

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the initial contact point for managers and staff regarding HR policies, procedures, programs, and general HR advice.

β€’ Assist with employee relations issues, including addressing employee concerns, resolving issues, documenting performance, and driving engagement initiatives.

β€’ Refer complex employee relations matters when necessary.

β€’ Offer guidance to managers on setting goals, conducting feedback discussions, and planning for development.

β€’ Aid in coordinating recruitment, onboarding, internal transfers, and workforce planning activities.

β€’ Ensure the consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures while adhering to federal, state, and local employment laws.

β€’ Prepare and maintain HR documents, records, and case notes in accordance with company and confidentiality standards.

β€’ Gather and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to facilitate decision-making and identify workforce trends.

β€’ Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to assist in the rollout of HR programs and initiatives.

β€’ Engage in process improvement projects and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.

β€’ Stay updated on HR best practices, changes in employment laws, and organizational policies.

β€’ Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

β€’ Four (4) years of relevant and qualified work experience in a specialized HR field may be deemed equivalent to the bachelor's degree requirement.

β€’ Three (3) to five (5) years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including generalist or HRBP support experience.

β€’ Proven exposure to employee relations, performance management, and essential HR processes.

β€’ Foundational understanding of HR principles, policies, and U.S. employment laws and regulations.

β€’ Strong customer service orientation with the capability to build trust and collaborative relationships with managers and employees.

β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

β€’ Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.

β€’ Competence in applying HR policies consistently and exercising sound judgment within established guidelines.

β€’ Proficiency in HR systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

β€’ Openness to learning, accepting feedback, and developing consulting and business-partnering skills.

β€’ Ability to work anywhere in the US.

β€’ Up to 10% travel may be required.

β€’ Occasionally required to work extended hours or be available outside normal business hours based on business needs.
