This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as the primary contact for managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, programs, and general guidance.
• Assist with employee relations issues, resolution processes, performance documentation, and engagement activities.
• Offer advice on performance management, goal setting, feedback discussions, and development planning.
• Facilitate recruiting coordination, onboarding processes, internal transfers, and workforce planning efforts.
• Ensure the consistent application of HR policies and adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, records, and case notes.
• Compile and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement HR programs and initiatives.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives.
• Stay informed about HR best practices, updates in employment law, and organizational policies.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four years of relevant and qualified work experience in a specialized HR field may be considered equivalent to the bachelor’s degree requirement.
• Three to five years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including generalist or HRBP support experience.
• Proven exposure to employee relations, performance management, and essential HR processes.
• Basic understanding of HR principles, policies, and U.S. employment laws and regulations.
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to foster trust and collaborative relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Robust organizational and time management skills.
• Capability to apply HR policies consistently and use sound judgment within established guidelines.
• Proficiency in HR systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Openness to learning, accepting feedback, and developing consulting and business partnering skills.
• Experience supporting organizations in a multistate or regulated environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and workforce analytics is preferred.
• SHRM CP, PHR, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
