This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +5 more states.
β’ Collaborate with business leaders and managers to provide People Solutions services that align with organizational goals.
β’ Achieve business results by implementing talent strategies, enhancing organizational capabilities, and boosting employee engagement.
β’ Assist and advise leaders in creating effective organizational structures.
β’ Work alongside leaders and recruiters to attract, nurture, and retain talent.
β’ Contribute to departmental goals, objectives, and system enhancements.
β’ Guide business leaders through change management and transformation efforts.
β’ Oversee talent management processes, including talent planning, performance calibration, compensation strategies, and workforce planning.
β’ Formulate strategies to fill talent gaps and enhance organizational capability.
β’ Analyze talent and organizational data to uncover trends and support retention strategies.
β’ Offer leadership recommendations to enhance team effectiveness and improve employee experiences.
β’ Provide daily HR support regarding People Solutions policies, processes, and practices.
β’ Assist in the rollout of People Solutions programs and initiatives.
β’ Collaborate with Employee Relations and management to resolve employee issues.
β’ Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and all applicable employment laws.
β’ Aid in employment practices, federal and state employment laws, I-9 compliance, and inquiries regarding performance and discipline.
β’ Promote consistent application of HR processes across designated groups.
β’ Primarily support frontline mobile technicians and remote leaders in the Northeast region.
β’ Travel is required 5β10% of the time.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field and 4 years of progressive experience in human resources, or an equivalent combination of a masterβs degree with 2 years of experience, a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience, or 8 years of HR experience.
β’ Proficient in analytical thinking, business acumen, consulting, understanding legal and regulatory environments, and managing multiple priorities.
β’ Strong skills in building partnerships, communicating thoughtfully, driving innovation, engaging others, and earning trust.
β’ Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
β’ Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
β’ No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship will be provided now or in the future.
β’ Preferred: Graduate degree in business, HR, or a related discipline.
β’ Preferred: HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, or GPHR.
β’ Preferred: Experience working in a geographically dispersed and matrixed organization.
β’ Preferred: Project management experience.
β’ Preferred: Strong knowledge and application of Microsoft Excel.
