πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Establish and nurture trusted relationships with business leaders to develop and implement organizational and personnel strategies.

β€’ Collaborate with leaders to assess and enhance organizational health utilizing survey results, turnover statistics, promotion rates, and various metrics.

β€’ Assist global teams during growth phases and organizational transformations.

β€’ Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to provide insightful guidance to leaders.

β€’ Lead performance management initiatives aimed at fostering engagement and retention.

β€’ Aid frontline managers with everyday employee relations matters.

β€’ Create and apply organizational and enterprise-wide solutions.

β€’ Develop processes and standards to ensure efficient and effective people operations.

β€’ Work in partnership with COE collaborators to deliver projects across the organization and the company.

β€’ Address escalated employee concerns and resolve employee relations challenges.

β€’ Design and deliver training sessions on HR-related subjects.

β€’ Reduce organizational risk while ensuring compliance with local, federal, and international regulations.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

β€’ 4–5+ years of HRBP experience in a dynamic, high-growth setting.

β€’ International experience is an advantage.

β€’ Strong comprehension of AI applications in operational organizations and the ability to integrate AI into daily HR functions.

β€’ Proven experience managing organizational changes, including restructurings and global job evaluations.

β€’ Capability to analyze data and narrate a story that influences and propels the business forward.

β€’ In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices along with their practical application in the workplace.

β€’ Ability to merge strategic thought with practical execution.

β€’ Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

β€’ Proficient in collaborating with diverse individuals, departments, and organizational tiers.

β€’ Proven ability to persuade senior business leaders to embrace HR best practices.

β€’ Strong interpersonal skills, including influencing, coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution.

β€’ Effective communicator with the ability to collaboratively influence outcomes.

β€’ Competent in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on results and effective program management.

β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with an executive presence.

β€’ Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
