This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee consultative engagements with internal HR clients to ascertain strategic information requirements.
• Perform moderate to high-complexity analyses of HR, Payroll, and associated business data and processes.
• Recognize patterns, identify root causes, devise solutions, and offer actionable recommendations.
• Manage and implement analytical projects that align with organizational strategic goals.
• Facilitate the design, development, and execution of analytical tools, technology, and business solutions.
• Collect functional requirements, maintain documentation, and create project plans and status updates.
• Support IT and HR Services staff during development efforts by providing guidance.
• Create and develop dashboards, reports, presentations, and visual aids for HR clients and business executives.
• Instruct business leaders and internal HR clients on analytical tools, methodologies, and the strategic application of HR information assets.
• Lead project teams as required, including selecting team members, evaluating capabilities, providing training, and assessing project outcomes.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong expertise in statistical analysis and modeling of business data, ideally in HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance within a retail or large service-oriented organization.
• Familiarity with HR and Payroll processes and business practices.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with advanced spreadsheet analytics skills.
• Experience with Workday, UKG Dimensions, and Salesforce.
• Experience working with Google BigQuery or similar relational databases; SQL skills are advantageous.
• Proven experience in designing business reports, dashboards, and graphical presentations.
• Six Sigma training and certification; practical experience applying Six Sigma principles in formal business projects.
• Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning capabilities.
• Skills in project management, consulting, and facilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Understanding of HR and Payroll processes and supporting systems.
• Sound business judgment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple challenges and risks.
• Location Independent - Commutable remote arrangement.
