This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee and improve the Workday platform, including its workflows, processes, compliance, data integrity, security, reporting, and data analysis.
• Administer current Workday modules and set up business processes, security roles, and integrations.
• Prepare, test, and implement yearly Workday projects, which encompass reviews, 9-boxing, bonus and merit processes, engagement, data integrity, and open enrollment.
• Analyze, validate, and audit system data; create custom reports and dashboards; manage scheduled reports.
• Import large-scale data modifications into the HR system.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and business leaders to design and enhance Workday functionalities.
• Offer leadership, coaching, and training to Workday super-users, HRBPs, and other personnel.
• Ensure system configurations, automated business processes, security, and integrations align with internal standards.
• Assist end users with issue resolution, change management, administrative and technical standards, and training materials.
• Execute Workday HR administrator tasks, such as hire approvals, job/data/location modifications, delegation changes, rescinded tasks, and security adjustments.
• Conduct testing for implementations, upgrades, patches, enhancements, and bi-annual Workday releases.
• Investigate and resolve non-routine HR system issues and manage vendor/consultant service requests.
• Handle multiple HRIS projects, create project plans, supervise schedules, and act as a liaison among HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage annual Affirmative Action Plans and federal/state reporting, such as EEO and Vets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Previous HR-system experience, including implementation, administration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and/or technical support.
• Prior experience with Workday is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in leading and executing projects from inception to completion.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory; candidates with an associate's degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma and 4 years of relevant experience, will also be considered.
• Preferred degree focus in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong comprehension of HR workflows and system interdependencies.
• Ability to manage fluctuating priorities, deadlines, interruptions, and multiple complex projects.
• Proficient in analyzing data for HR Business Partners, business or functional leaders, Legal teams, and external entities.
• Cross-functional experience in gathering information, conducting business needs analysis, achieving consensus, and delivering project outcomes.
• Capable of interacting with and presenting to all levels of leadership.
• Proficient in reading and understanding written and spoken English.
• Clear and effective communicative skills.
• Ability to meet performance and attendance standards.
• Committed to following privacy policies and HIPAA laws and regulations regarding protected health information.
• Ability to fulfill physical requirements such as stooping, bending, prolonged sitting/standing, repetitive typing/sorting/filing, and light lifting/carrying.
