This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee and improve the Workday HCM platform, ensuring effective workflows, process enhancements, organizational compliance, data integrity, and confidentiality.
• Manage and sustain existing Workday modules while assessing new functionalities and modules.
• Configure and refresh business processes, security roles, integrations, and system settings.
• Prepare, test, and carry out annual Workday initiatives including objective setting, performance evaluations, 9-boxing, bonus and merit processes, employee engagement, data integrity projects, and open enrollment.
• Analyze, verify, and audit system data for precision and legal compliance.
• Create custom reports and dashboards, ensure timely report delivery, and manage large-scale data imports.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and business leaders to design and implement Workday functionalities.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training support to Workday super-users, HR Business Partners, and other personnel.
• Maintain system configurations, automated business processes, system security, and integrations in accordance with internal standards.
• Address end-user issues, support change management efforts, develop training materials, and conduct training sessions.
• Review and manage Workday HR Administrator tasks, including final hiring approvals, job/data/location adjustments, delegation changes, task cancellations, and security modifications.
• Execute HR system testing for implementations, upgrades, patches, enhancements, and bi-annual Workday releases.
• Investigate and resolve non-routine HR system problems and coordinate vendor or consultant service requests.
• Manage projects with conflicting priorities and act as the liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop project plans and supervise HR systems projects, Affirmative Action Plans, EEO/Vets, and other federal and state reporting requirements.
• Meet departmental and company performance and attendance standards.
• Adhere to PacificSource privacy policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Previous experience with HR systems including implementation, administration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and/or providing technical support.
• Prior experience with Workday is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in leading and executing projects from conception to completion.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; candidates with an associate’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma and 4 years of relevant experience, along with the necessary Work Experience, will also be considered.
• Preferred fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong comprehension of HR workflows and system interdependencies.
• Capacity to manage shifting priorities, deadlines, interruptions, and multiple complex projects.
• Ability to work autonomously, stay organized, and adhere to project timelines.
• Capable of guiding internal clients through the design and implementation of new functionalities.
• Experience in analyzing data for HR Business Partners, business or functional leaders, legal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to perform business needs analysis, build consensus, deliver updates, and share project outcomes with senior management.
• Proficient in interacting with and presenting to all levels of leadership.
• Ability to foresee potential consequences, assess ideas, prioritize high-value tasks, remove obstacles, and facilitate productive brainstorming.
• Strong accountability, collaboration, written and verbal communication, adaptability, active listening, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork.
• Ability to read and comprehend written and spoken English effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Physical ability to stoop and bend, sit and/or stand for extended periods, perform repetitive typing/sorting/filing motions, and lift/carry files and business materials.
• Ability to comply with privacy policies and HIPAA laws and regulations regarding confidentiality and security of protected health information.
• Work-from-home position based in Florida.
• Travel required approximately 5% of the time.
