This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.
• Collaborate with HR, business, and technology stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business needs.
• Organize workshops to evaluate current processes and establish future-state HR operating models.
• Direct process mapping and improvement efforts across essential HR functions.
• Assist in the design and execution of HR transformation projects and HR technology implementations.
• Convert business requirements into concise functional specifications and user stories when necessary.
• Perform gap analyses and pinpoint opportunities for process standardization and operational efficiency.
• Aid in testing activities, including planning, execution, defect management, and obtaining business approvals.
• Contribute to change impact assessments, training resources, and business readiness tasks.
• Generate high-quality project documentation, encompassing process maps, requirements documents, and stakeholder communications.
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and business leadership teams.
• Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Analyst, HR Transformation Consultant, or HR Process Lead.
• Extensive experience in HR transformation programs, including process design and operating model development.
• Proven expertise in facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from a variety of stakeholder groups.
• Experience in mapping and optimizing comprehensive HR processes.
• Knowledge of HR systems and technology implementations, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.
• Capability to work autonomously in a dynamic and evolving program setting.
• Experience in supporting testing, training, and change management initiatives.
• Previous experience within multinational organizations.
• Familiarity with German HR processes and operational methods.
• Experience in supporting large-scale HR operating model or shared services transformations.
• Proficiency in the German language.
• Background in consulting or experience in client-facing transformation programs.
• Remote work options available in Ireland, the UK, or Mainland Europe, with occasional travel to Hamburg.
• Full-time salaried position through HR-Path.
• Potential for contract extension beyond the initial term.
