This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Gather, develop, analyze, document, and articulate business needs and requirements.
• Collaborate and communicate with both technology and business teams.
• Evaluate assignment needs through direct engagement with management, leadership, technology, business, and customers.
• Analyze requirements and create specifications, storyboards, and prototypes for integrated solutions.
• Support or oversee highly intricate business and technical processes across various departments or lines of business.
• Act as a subject matter expert and potentially lead large-scale projects.
• Offer technical expertise across business functions while understanding the interconnections between business, data, and technology.
• Oversee the collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of numerous business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate planning and requirements-gathering sessions with business partners.
• Build business-partner relationships and manage the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
• Provide technical coaching and mentorship to junior team members.
• Investigate and implement best practices for technology solutions.
• Define business needs, align them with priorities, and evaluate impacts on other processes.
• Counsel business partners on options, technical constraints, risks, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Oversee requirements documentation and engage in prototype development.
• Collaborate with project managers throughout the requirements, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance phases.
• Assist in the development and execution of test/use cases.
• Determine when to utilize automation and assess its impact.
• Participate in, facilitate, and lead project meetings and sessions.
• Support complex reporting and report requirements.
• Analyze and provide production support for intricate or escalated issues.
• Partner with technology development teams to provide effective solutions.
• Offer support during the warranty period when necessary.
• Typically requires seven to ten years of relevant technical and business work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of business operations, requirements processing, business modeling concepts, information systems, project life-cycle knowledge, and business process development.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with specialized training, certification, or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with Industry Business Analysis Best Practices is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to effectively communicate technical and business concepts.
• Conceptual thinking skills and the ability to identify patterns and relationships.
• Professional or technical consulting expertise.
• Proficient information-seeking and in-depth research skills.

• Proficient in using a personal computer and standard office equipment.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Hybrid/Flex work arrangement or remote location.
