Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Actively participate as a member of agile team(s) while adhering to the Scrum framework.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and various business units.

• Help translate roadmap features into comprehensive epics and user stories.

• Assist in the development and documentation of business requirements.

• Generate reports, dashboards, and metrics to effectively demonstrate outcomes.

• Work in tandem with Product Managers on planning, refinement, and prioritization tasks.

• Conduct testing and documentation for systems, software, and services.

• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies and performance across systems, software, services, and operational methods.

• Support the design, development, documentation, training, testing, and maintenance of software applications.

• Enhance business processes and systems utilized for marketing, acquiring, and supporting CIEE participants.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize and present complex information to all business levels.

• A strong curiosity to understand the mechanics and functionality of various processes.

• An analytical mindset coupled with proficient problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce.

• Preferred background in International Education/Exchange.
