This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.
• Set up sections, objects, reference data, and product catalogs for retail, corporate, Islamic, and private banking sectors.
• Design and develop comprehensive business processes using the BPMN designer.
• Create dynamic case flows for leads, referrals, and opportunities.
• Develop Freedom UI screens, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Configure roles, organizational structures, and access rights at the record and field levels.
• Engage in fit-gap workshops and gather requirements from business subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Convert requirements into use cases and identify existing product solutions for the outlined problems.
• Create proof-of-concept screens and demonstrations for client gates and presales activities.
• Document and maintain configuration guidelines.
• Provide support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for configured solutions.
• Work collaboratively with the solution architect and developers on the interface between configuration and custom development.
• Showcase completed work directly to clients.
• 3–5 years of experience as a systems or business analyst involved in enterprise system implementations (CRM, ERP, BPM, ECM).
• Specific implementation experience is required — not in support or data analytics.
• Proficiency in BPMN at the design level, including gateways, parallel branches, timers, and escalation.
• Fundamental understanding of relational data modeling: tables, one-to-many and many-to-many relationships, lookups, and normalization.
• Practical configuration experience on any low-code, CRM, or BPM platform (such as Creatio, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pega, ServiceNow, Camunda, Appian, Mendix, Bitrix24, Odoo, 1C, or similar).
• Experience in configuring role models and access rights.
• Direct client-facing experience, including conducting workshops, demonstrating work, and gathering and confirming requirements.
• Technical literacy: capability to read SQL queries, understand REST APIs and JSON, and check logs.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Fully funded certification through Creatio Academy (No-Code Analyst, along with Freedom UI and mobile workshops).
• Clearly defined growth trajectory — transitioning from no-code configurator to senior analyst to low-code solution architect — supported by the certification path.
