Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Actively engage as a member of agile teams while adhering to the Scrum framework.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and various business units.

• Aid in translating roadmap features into epics and user stories.

• Support the development and documentation of business requirements.

• Generate reports, dashboards, and metrics to illustrate outcomes.

• Work in partnership with Product Managers on planning, refinement, and prioritization tasks.

• Test and document systems, software, and services effectively.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and performance across systems, software, services, and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of pertinent experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to summarize and present complex information to all business levels.

• A strong curiosity to understand the mechanisms of how things function (or fail to function).

• An analytical mindset coupled with robust problem-solving abilities.

• Remarkable attention to detail.

• Proficient in the analysis and comprehension of data.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce.

• International Education/Exchange experience is preferred.

• Willingness to grow and develop personally, as well as contribute to the growth of our client group and our Company.
