Senior HR Analytics, Compliance – Technology Solutions Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design, manage, and enhance routine and one-off HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics.

• Evaluate HR data to uncover patterns, trends, risks, and opportunities for improving processes.

• Establish, document, and monitor key performance indicators that align with strategic goals.

• Create and validate dashboard prototypes using Power BI, collaborating with IT and data teams for enterprise deployment.

• Oversee and ensure compliance with relevant employment regulations, including U.S. government contracting standards where applicable.

• Assist in the creation and upkeep of a practical HR compliance framework for global locations.

• Organize HR audit preparedness and facilitate both internal and external audits through documentation, verified data extracts, evidence collection, and remediation tracking.

• Implement and monitor HR data governance practices to safeguard data accuracy, integrity, privacy, and proper use.

• Create HR standard operating procedures and establish sustainable review and update processes.

• Develop repeatable routines for compliance monitoring, auditing, and reporting.

• Analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions across HR systems, data, controls, and processes.

• Lead the design of solutions and define requirements for system structures, fields, workflows, security roles, integrations, reporting, and process modifications.

• Assess and right-size projects based on business value, complexity, risk, user impact, sustainability, and interdependencies.

• Convert approved designs into functional requirements, decision documentation, test scenarios, and implementation guidance.

• Validate configuration results, data flow, reporting logic, controls, and downstream effects.

• Provide HR technology expertise to cross-functional and global HR initiatives while ensuring consistent architecture, governance, and user experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of progressive experience in HR operations, with significant responsibility in people analytics, HR compliance, reporting, or data governance.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Significant experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.

• Strong background in HR technology, including solution design across core HRIS, recruiting, learning, performance, or compensation platforms.

• Experience with BambooHR is preferred.

• Capability to define system requirements involving fields, data structures, workflows, integrations, security, reporting, and controls.

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, including validating data, documenting logic and assumptions, and effectively conveying findings to various audiences.

• Experience in establishing reporting, audit, compliance, technology, or data governance practices within a global or multi-entity organization.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Experience collaborating with system administrators, IT teams, and vendors throughout design, testing, implementation, and stabilization processes.

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, ownership, and professionalism in managing sensitive HR information.

• Must be comfortable working in a remote setting.

• Must be able to remain seated for extended periods.

• Must be adaptable to work across global time zones and outside of standard local business hours when business needs arise.

• Must be willing to travel, generally up to 5% of the time.
