Assistant Faculty, Global Human Resources Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist instructional faculty by engaging with students in large online classrooms

• Evaluate student participation in discussions and assessments and respond according to training and lead-instructor guidance

• Handle student communications

• Elevate unique concerns to the lead instructor

• Aid with grading and offer constructive feedback

• Track student engagement and suggest methods to enhance participation

• Provide tutoring, live sessions, and other student support as needed

• Conduct outreach to students

• Create supplemental support materials, videos, and job aids

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

• Commit to a specified number of hours per week and report to key Faculty roles within the assigned team

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Human Resource-related role is required, OR at least 3 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management is preferred

• A Master’s degree in Business or a related discipline with 27 graduate quarter credits (18 graduate semester credits) in business-related coursework is required, OR a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related HRM discipline is required

• Professional certification in the discipline specialty, if mandated by course credentialing requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to interact effectively with faculty, coaches, and learners

• Strong time management, relationship-building, customer service, and problem-solving skills

• Keen attention to detail, initiative, follow-through, organization, and mental acuity

• Experience accommodating diverse learning styles

• Proficient in using technology to facilitate learning

• Access to a computer

• Capability to communicate effectively at all levels of management

• Ability to manage stress effectively

• Reliable attendance

• Capacity to lift 25 lbs.
