HR Service Intern – Year Round

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for associates in the US and Canada, supporting the HR Service Department.

• Assist customers in navigating various HR topics such as compensation, benefits, training and development, HR technical systems, and payroll.

• Collaborate with Bosch HR Business Partners and HR Process Owners to facilitate the implementation of HR initiatives.

• Provide education to managers and associates regarding HR processes and technical tools.

• Resolve HR-related issues by troubleshooting and delivering real-time solutions.

• Work with other HR teams when additional expertise is required to meet customer needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to Human Resources.

• Availability to work 35–40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

• Commitment to a one-year internship.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proven capability to simplify complex subjects.

• Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.

• Competence in navigating web-based systems and technology platforms, including the Microsoft Office suite.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proactive attitude, quick learner, and adaptable to change.

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 required.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Indefinite U.S. work authorization is required.

• Future sponsorship for work authorization is not available.

• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check is mandatory before the start date.
