Senior High-Performance Storage Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deploy, oversee, and validate high-performance storage infrastructure within AI Factory Linux environments.

• Serve as the domain expert during customer planning discussions and throughout the implementation process.

• Develop and transfer documentation while conducting knowledge transfers to assist customers.

• Provide insights to internal teams by reporting bugs, documenting workarounds, and recommending enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in delivering comprehensive support, deployment, and validation services for hardware and software storage solutions.

• Strong knowledge and experience with SDS, NFS, S3, NVMeoF, Lustre, GPFS, and RDMA (RoCEv2/InfiniBand).

• Familiarity with FIO, IO500, IOR, HPL, NCCL tests, and MLPerf storage benchmarks.

• Proficient in Linux system administration, performance monitoring/optimization/logging, and complex network routing/advanced networking.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Experience in scripting with Bash, Python, Ansible, etc.

• Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a knack for resolving customer issues effectively.

• Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations within the region up to 20% of the time.
