⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least five (5) years of experience in recruitment.

• A minimum of two (2) years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.

• Preferred: Background in recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs).

• Preferred: Experience with recruitment in unionized settings.

• Candidates must reside in Washington state, Alaska, or Montana.
