Senior Healthcare Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for BCBA, RBT, and various healthcare/clinical roles.

• Identify and engage qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.

• Perform initial screenings and structured interviews with prospective candidates.

• Conduct interviews specifically with BCBA candidates to evaluate their experience, communication skills, and overall fit.

• Develop and sustain strong candidate pipelines across multiple states.

• Actively seek out and connect with high-quality passive candidates.

• Oversee candidates throughout the recruitment journey to ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend role specifications and candidate profiles.

• Evaluate candidates considering both technical competencies and cultural alignment.

• Offer clear recommendations and feedback on candidates during the recruitment process.

• Monitor recruitment activities, pipeline advancements, and hiring results.

• Identify obstacles within the recruitment process and implement strategies to enhance them.

• Create and execute sourcing strategies to facilitate the company's growth.

• Assume responsibility for meeting recruitment targets and timelines.

• Assist in establishing and refining recruitment procedures as the company expands.

• Potentially expand responsibilities to encompass the broader clinical recruitment function as the business grows.

• Possibly mentor or support other recruiters as the function evolves.

• Progress into a role where you can help lead and develop the recruitment department.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, particularly in healthcare, clinical, medical, staffing, or a related recruitment sector.

• Demonstrated experience in independently sourcing and interviewing candidates.

• Experience in recruiting healthcare professionals, clinical specialists, BCBAs, RBTs, or similar specialized talent is highly beneficial.

• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing techniques.

• Exceptional interviewing and candidate evaluation abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable engaging with candidates at various levels of seniority.

• Outstanding relationship-building capabilities.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.

• A critical thinker who makes informed decisions rather than merely following instructions.

• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines.

• Comfortable working towards recruitment goals and deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.

• Familiarity with working with US-based clients and candidates.
