This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Evaluate facility and partner systems, interfaces, dependencies, and integration requirements to pinpoint onboarding needs, risks, and readiness gaps.
• Implement onboarding activities, which include credentialing, mTLS enrollment, secure connectivity, and interface configuration.
• Collaborate with facility teams, EHR vendors, engineers, testers, and integration partners to address connectivity, configuration, data exchange, and deployment challenges.
• Assist in synthetic rehearsals, integration validation, parallel runs, cutover preparations, and transitions to production.
• Create repeatable onboarding processes, technical runbooks, checklists, and implementation documentation for the Onboarding Toolkit and Implementation Guide.
• Diagnose onboarding issues, document solutions, and share knowledge to facilitate secure and repeatable production onboarding.
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support team goals and ensure the success of projects.
• Operate independently on complex onboarding projects and potentially provide technical leadership to the work group.
• Bachelor’s degree along with 10 or more years of relevant experience in technical integration, enterprise application integration, or healthcare interoperability.
• Proficient in assessing onboarding readiness, technical dependencies, interface requirements, and integration risks.
• Familiar with configuring secure connectivity and interfaces, including credentialing and mTLS enrollment.
• Experience in supporting integration testing, synthetic rehearsals, parallel runs, cutovers, and transitions to production.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Capability to work independently on complex projects and coordinate effectively with facility teams, vendors, engineers, and testers.
• Background in integrating EHR systems or supporting Health Information Exchange (HIE), FHIR, or HL7 workflows.
• Knowledge of API integration, XML, JSON, SQL, data mapping, or data-flow analysis.
• Experience in supporting federal healthcare programs or developing onboarding toolkits and implementation guides.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• All selected candidates must successfully pass a background check.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance, including necessary fingerprinting when required for the position.
• Must reside within the continental United States.
