This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the Healthcare Employer Marketing workstream, which includes establishing annual and quarterly priorities, operating plans, performance metrics, and executing against business objectives.
• Create and oversee comprehensive employer go-to-market strategies encompassing campaigns, field marketing, conferences, events, thought leadership, executive engagement, content, and sales enablement.
• Identify employer marketing priorities and advise on resource distribution based on research, field insights, pipeline needs, market opportunities, and growth objectives.
• Define target employer audiences, key decision-makers, workforce challenges, value propositions, proof points, and calls to action.
• Develop operating rhythms, schedules, deliverables, cross-functional dependencies, performance reporting, and optimization processes.
• Manage marketing activation for key healthcare employer initiatives.
• Set governance standards for employer-focused content and sales enablement.
• Supervise the creation of employer-facing content across campaigns, executive briefs, presentations, proposals, case studies, thought leadership, web content, social media, webinars, and other channels.
• Handle conference and engagement marketing, including activation plans, messaging, presentations, collateral, lead capture, executive interaction, and post-event follow-up.
• Direct Healthcare Employer Research and Insights, synthesizing intelligence into go-to-market strategies, deal development, messaging, and solution recommendations.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Workforce Partnerships and Business Development leaders on priority employer opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Healthcare Solutions, Business Development, Product, Academic Strategy, Marketing, Brand, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Create and maintain dashboards, opportunity briefs, content calendars, decision logs, campaign reporting, and operational tools.
• Convert healthcare workforce solutions into clear and relevant employer messaging and positioning.
• Assess and enhance employer engagement, qualified leads, pipeline influence, opportunity progression, content adoption, and partnership results.
• Maintain an organized library of research, source materials, employer-facing assets, presentations, proof points, and reusable resources.
• Utilize independent judgment to resolve execution challenges, manage competing priorities, escalate significant risks, and ensure consistent delivery.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Strategy, Operations, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of six years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, business development enablement, healthcare, workforce development, communications, operations, consulting, or a similar field.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and executive communication skills.
• Capability to transform complex healthcare, workforce, product, and business concepts into engaging employer-facing content.
• Proven experience in independently managing a significant B2B marketing, go-to-market, field marketing, employer engagement, or similar business workstream with accountability for measurable results.
• Ability to lead intricate cross-functional initiatives and drive execution across matrixed teams without direct authority.
• Strong research, analytical, and commercial judgment skills.
• Proficiency in translating market intelligence, employer requirements, workforce trends, pipeline signals, and performance data into priorities, decisions, and actionable recommendations.
• Capability to work independently, prioritize competing tasks, exercise sound judgment, identify and mitigate risks, and advance work from planning to measurable execution.
• Experience working with hospitals, health systems, healthcare employers, workforce leaders, HR leaders, clinical education leaders, or healthcare executive audiences is desirable.
• Familiarity with healthcare workforce development, nursing, allied health, medical imaging, behavioral health, apprenticeships, train-to-hire models, employee education benefits, or talent pipeline solutions is preferred.
• Experience in creating content for conferences, executive events, email campaigns, social media, websites, webinars, thought leadership, and enterprise sales pursuits is preferred.
• Background in collaborating with Brand, Product, Marketing, Business Development, and senior leaders in a matrixed organization is preferred.
• Experience in managing content libraries, research repositories, campaign calendars, dashboards, or sales enablement systems in a distributed or remote environment is preferred.
