📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Ecosystems Partner Programs team to create and architect the strategy for partner programs and their ongoing evolution.

• Utilize first-principles thinking to break down intricate problems and formulate practical, high-impact solutions.

• Integrate various data sources into actionable insights for informed organizational decision-making.

• Produce clear materials for executive audiences, which include business cases and strategic plans.

• Engage across functions to align priorities and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

• Advocate for innovation and continuous improvement.

• Propel AI-enabled initiatives to enhance processes, boost efficiency, and unlock value.

• Oversee the complete execution of strategic projects, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring results with transparency and accountability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience.

• 4 years in top-tier management consulting is advantageous.

• Advanced skills in analytical, quantitative, and modeling techniques.

• Capability to distill complex datasets and business dynamics into actionable insights.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience in influencing and aligning senior leadership on intricate business and technical matters.

• Proven track record in leading enterprise-level initiatives and driving cross-functional change.

• Background in managing programs that yield measurable business impact.
