Senior GTM Recruiter – 6-month FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage with the top talent across the globe for our clients.

• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to discover passive candidates, leveraging LinkedIn and various other strategies.

• Collaborate with one client at a time, immersing yourself in their organizational culture.

• Work closely with senior stakeholders to illustrate the importance of effective talent acquisition strategies.

• Conduct recruitment for go-to-market positions, which include Sales and Customer Success roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-7 years of recruitment experience in go-to-market roles within a dynamic environment.

• Preferably, a minimum of 1 year of experience in an in-house recruitment role.

• Strong skills in managing relationships with stakeholders, especially at the senior level.

• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with candidates and internal teams.

• Outstanding organizational capabilities.

• Keen attention to detail.
