This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the implementation of major commercial projects, service enhancements, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Marketing and Service Development.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive launch plans, including timelines, milestones, responsible parties, dependencies, launch gates, and critical decisions.
• Create operational rhythms, including status meetings, readiness assessments, checkpoints, and updates for leadership.
• Evaluate operational, technical, commercial, and process readiness.
• Monitor and report on blockers, unresolved issues, readiness gaps, and resource limitations.
• Follow up with responsible parties and escalate risks that could impact launch timelines or execution quality.
• Keep records of decisions, issues, action items, and status updates.
• Adjust sequencing, provide targeted support, and temporarily reprioritize tasks across teams as needed.
• Oversee the comprehensive marketing budget for various initiatives.
• Assist OnTrac's commercial and strategic partner program, which includes onboarding, referral and incentive programs, contracts, billing, lead management, and issue resolution.
• Aid in the formation of new commercial and strategic partnerships to broaden OnTrac's market reach.
• Ensure readiness among Commercial, Pricing, Legal, Operations, IT, and other partner teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6–9 years of program management experience in complex, cross-functional settings, ideally within B2B logistics, parcel, transportation, operations, or similar go-to-market environments.
• Proven track record of managing schedules, dependencies, readiness, issue tracking, and escalation across multiple departments.
• Experience in supporting launches, service modifications, or operationally intricate initiatives that involve commercial, technical, or process dependencies.
• In-depth knowledge of B2B go-to-market principles; marketing experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ecommerce logistics, parcel delivery, last-mile solutions, transportation, or associated operational settings is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Excellent written communication and documentation capabilities.
• Ability to drive execution without direct authority.
• Strong organizational judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and cross-functional complexities.
