This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +28 more states.
• Develop and implement the product growth vision, strategy, and roadmap, with an emphasis on acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and revenue expansion.
• Oversee the growth lifecycle from acquisition to activation, engagement, retention, and monetization, pinpointing opportunities to enhance customer lifetime value.
• Leverage market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to discover growth opportunities, new markets, pricing and packaging strategies, monetization avenues, and strategic partnerships.
• Convert growth opportunities into actionable product strategies and prioritized initiatives across teams.
• Spearhead ongoing experimentation, including A/B and multivariate testing, to refine onboarding, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization processes.
• Define, monitor, and enhance key growth and business metrics using data to assess funnel performance.
• Utilize product analytics, behavioral data, and customer insights to formulate hypotheses, guide decision-making, and evaluate growth initiatives.
• Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making within the product organization.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, delivering insights on growth opportunities, market trends, customer behaviors, and business performance.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to Product Managers.
• Collaborate with Growth, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Finance teams to synchronize product and go-to-market strategies, driving sustainable revenue growth.
• Manage complex, cross-functional projects from strategy to execution.
• Report directly to the Director of Product.
• 5–7+ years of experience in product management positions, with substantial expertise in driving growth, acquisition, activation, retention, or monetization.
• Proven history of facilitating growth in product-led growth (PLG), e-commerce, or similar product-driven environments.
• Demonstrated success in leading comprehensive product development in B2B SaaS settings.
• Established experience in designing, implementing, and assessing A/B and multivariate experimentation programs.
• Practical experience with product analytics and behavioral data platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, or PostHog.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to convert quantitative and qualitative data into product strategy and measurable business outcomes.
• Stable work environment with a designated workspace and access to high-speed internet.
• Must be US-based and legally authorized to work full-time in the US.
