Senior Growth Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Drive opportunities from initial discussions through qualification, solution crafting, proposal development, and closure.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with private equity firms and executives from portfolio companies.

• Define clear next steps, sustain momentum, and coordinate follow-through across both internal and client teams.

• Grasp business priorities and translate them into actionable data, analytics, AI, and technology initiatives.

• Create proposals, presentations, viewpoints, and other market-entry materials.

• Assemble internal leaders and subject-matter experts while being accountable for the overall opportunity.

• Navigate uncertainty, overcome challenges, and keep multiple projects advancing with minimal oversight.

• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless transitions from pursuit to execution.

• Identify chances to enhance existing relationships and develop scalable offerings for the private equity sector.

• Assist in establishing the operational framework, materials, and processes necessary for channel growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience within the private equity sector, including direct engagement with investment professionals, operating teams, and executives of portfolio companies.

• Strong understanding of commercial dynamics and business strategy.

• Capability to independently lead complex, executive-level pursuits from initial discussions through to defined outcomes.

• Proficient knowledge of data, analytics, AI, and technology transformation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Competence in developing high-quality proposals and executive-level materials personally.

• Comfortable in creating structure, providing direction, and making progress in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong sense of responsibility and consistent follow-through on tasks.

• Experience in consulting, professional services, technology, or another solution-driven business is preferred.
