This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Execute growth strategies and tactics aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns tailored for key customer segments.
• Formulate growth strategies utilizing email, in-app messaging, push notifications, and additional channels.
• Oversee email, in-app, and push campaigns from start to finish, encompassing setup, tracking, and multivariate testing.
• Enhance email development and deployment through dynamic content, targeting, personalization, and templates.
• Assist with data integrations involving Email Service Providers (ESP) and in-app messaging platforms.
• Design and implement multichannel lead-generation campaigns across search, social media, and display advertising.
• Take ownership of conversion-rate optimization for landing pages and lead-capture forms via A/B testing.
• Monitor and report on team KPIs, performance summaries, test outcomes, and conversion tracking.
• Collaborate with marketing, data, and product teams to devise engagement strategies and meet KPI and business objectives.
• Define the go-to-market strategy and planning, outlining positioning, value proposition, and launch methodology.
• Act as the primary contact for partner and distributed-brand follow-up.
• Identify risks, address misalignments, document action items, confirm owners and timelines, and ensure follow-through to completion.
• Guarantee that contractual marketing obligations to partners are met.
• Produce partner content, including emails, blogs, gated content, catalogs, videos, landing pages, and digital advertisements.
• Support partner events from material ordering and planning to chargebacks and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with distributed brands on co-marketing initiatives.
• A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience within a SaaS environment.
• Capability to follow through on cross-functional commitments and diplomatically manage conflicting priorities.
• Proficient in tracking Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
• Strong skills in communication, project management, and time management.
• Detail-oriented, organized, capable of multitasking, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Experience with enterprise-level email and multichannel service platforms.
• Proficient in managing email lists, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and executing email, in-app, and push campaigns.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS for developing email templates and landing pages.
• Experience in building email automations and drip marketing programs.
• Proficient in tracking email engagement metrics and web analytics, including Google Analytics.
• Understanding of Agile marketing principles, values, and processes, or a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to work extended hours on your feet and lift/move event materials weighing between 30–50 lbs.
• Willingness to work extended hours and travel up to 15% as needed.
• Familiarity with academic and private studio teaching workflows and market needs is preferred.
• Understanding of the music education publishing industry is desirable.
• Experience with music tech and EdTech platforms is a plus.
• Degrees are not mandatory; ongoing education through degrees, boot camps, online training, professional certifications, and self-directed learning is valued.
• Annual base salary range of $68,550–$114,250.
