• Oversee the redesign and continuous management of the company website to embody a premium and authoritative brand image.

• Design and manage comprehensive HubSpot workflows for lead generation and nurturing.

• Formulate and implement email strategies targeting prospective leads and current clients to enhance engagement and retention.

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aimed at enhancing brand equity and connecting with key decision-makers in the $2M–$50M revenue range.

• Initiate integrated marketing campaigns that align with consulting playbooks and sales optimization services.

• Track and report on marketing KPIs, refining strategies based on data-driven insights.

• Take ownership of the entire marketing lifecycle, influencing the consulting firm’s digital presence, voice, and visual identity.

• Extensive senior-level experience in Growth Marketing, particularly in B2B settings.

• Essential hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing automation.

• Demonstrated capability to design, construct, and enhance professional business websites.

• Experience in developing a brand voice and translating it into social media and email content.

• Expertise in email marketing segmentation, copywriting, and campaign analysis.

• Proficient in written and verbal English, native or bilingual.

• Availability to work EST hours with flexible overlap as an offshore team member.

• Previous experience in a marketing agency or consulting firm is preferred.

• Familiarity with ZoomInfo is preferred.

• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp is preferred.
