• Convert product-line growth strategies into agency briefs, ideal customer profile (ICP) filters, campaign objectives, and expectations for optimization.
• Analyze and report on the efficiency of the agency-sourced pipeline, including cost per Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by channel, while recommending budget allocations and channel mixes.
• Address agency performance issues promptly and keep the Head of Growth Marketing updated on significant changes in scope or results.
• Transform product strategies, launches, and messaging directions into coordinated cross-functional campaign execution.
• Collaborate with Brand, Growth, and Creative teams to ensure on-time campaign launches that resonate with brand voice and positioning.
