This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Interpret the digital body language of potential clients and users to create, enhance, and expand Product-Led Growth engines.
• Conduct audits, track, categorize, refine, enrich, and source first-party, third-party, product, and marketing signals.
• Assess data nuances to differentiate technical practitioner actions from broader enterprise intentions.
• Integrate signal combinations, recency, and frequency into predictive models for lead routing and account prioritization.
• Determine the next best action for accounts and users based on segment, ideal customer profile (ICP) fit, and stage.
• Organize and trigger activation responses, including personalized content, outreach from Product Advocates, and handoffs to SDR or Enterprise Account Executives.
• Oversee cross-functional implementation, refinement, and maintenance of activation workflows.
• Define and iterate on sales-facing tools that reveal product affinity, app usage, intent signals, and account fit.
• Sustain feedback loops with Product Advocates, SDRs, and sales representatives to enhance signal logic.
• Analyze and improve conversion rates across signal capture, activation, handoff, and pipeline generation.
• Design and conduct growth experiments involving onboarding, messaging, and routing logic.
• Manage the configuration, tracking setups, and maintenance for data and analytics platforms including GA360/GA4, CDPs, and product analytics.
• Uphold data flow standards and tag/tracking configurations across web properties, marketing tools, and product analytics environments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Data Engineering teams; report to the Principal Growth Marketer or Director of Growth Marketing.
• A minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience in growth marketing, marketing analytics, revenue operations, or PLG strategy within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Comprehensive knowledge of B2B SaaS growth strategies, PLG motions, marketing technology stacks, and revenue analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to connect Marketing, Sales Operations, Data, and Product management.
• Proven history of independently determining methods and procedures for complex, ambiguous assignments requiring evaluation of variable factors.
• Practical experience with web analytics (GA360/GA4), product analytics (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel), CDPs, SQL, and CRM/automation platforms.
