📋 Description

• Take ownership of the framework for distributing the generosity budget among player cohorts and promotional strategies.

• Oversee and enhance the efficiency of Return to Customer (RTC) across the player demographic.

• Develop and sustain a flow-through model that links promotional expenditures to subsequent player value, including the economics of cross-selling Casino and OSB.

• Serve as the main liaison with Finance regarding generosity and promotional expenditures.

• Create data-driven investment proposals for new strategies, budget adjustments, and strategic trials.

• Collaborate with Analytics to monitor the performance of cohorts and promotional mechanics.

• Coordinate with CRM, Product, and Finance teams to align generosity and flow-through strategies with overarching growth goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a growth, CRM, or commercial strategy position, preferably within iGaming, iCasino, or a highly regulated digital environment.

• Proficient in financial modeling; adept at constructing and defending investment proposals to Finance stakeholders.

• Advanced skills in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker) for analyzing cohort and promotional performance.

• Experience in designing or managing bonusing/generosity frameworks and assessing their ROI.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities across Finance, CRM, Product, and Analytics teams.

• Familiarity with RTC/Return-to-Player modeling within an iCasino context (preferred).

• A background in pricing, revenue management, or promotional economics (preferred).

• Experience with cross-selling strategies between casino and sportsbook products (preferred).
