Senior Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead a small team in the capacity of team lead, encompassing training, guidance, mentorship, interviewing, and managing escalations.

• Take ownership of strategy, performance, and client relationships for 12–18 clients, serving as the day-to-day Chief Marketing Officer.

• Propel business outcomes across platforms such as TikTok, Meta, and Google.

• Lead and implement comprehensive growth strategies across paid search platforms.

• Initiate campaigns, conduct experiments, and refine strategies based on performance insights.

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via Slack, email, and additional communication channels.

• Build and optimize advertising campaigns.

• Develop growth strategies driven by data and market trends.

• Convert business objectives into testing roadmaps and actionable media strategies.

• Monitor performance metrics, proactively troubleshoot issues, and adjust strategies as necessary.

• Present insights and performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate effectively with Paid Social, analysts, creative strategists, and designers.

• Maintain project tracking, manage deadlines, and ensure clear communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in paid social and paid search.

• A deeply analytical approach to interpreting performance data.

• Capability to devise, implement, and communicate strategies to scale advertising accounts.

• Willingness to assertively challenge strategies when necessary.

• Strong communication skills to convey performance results, both positive and negative.

• Attention to detail in execution and quality control.

• Proficiency in identifying and articulating effective advertising copy.

• Experience utilizing AI design and copy tools within a production workflow.

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US without visa sponsorship.
