Senior Growth Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Evaluate extensive datasets in BigQuery and Amplitude to uncover product and growth opportunities, trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.

• Create and uphold self-service reports and establish a definitive source for growth metrics.

• Define, document, and conduct quality assurance on event structures for features, campaigns, and experiments.

• Develop a monetization measurement system that aids in pricing and migration decisions.

• Analyze user funnels encompassing ads, stores, onboarding, in-app usage, purchases, and cancellations.

• Design, sequence, and oversee A/B experiments and feature launches.

• Validate experimental outcomes with statistical rigor and monitor long-term effects.

• Present insights, hypotheses, and growth opportunities to marketing and product teams.

• Assist in quarterly prioritization and roadmap decisions utilizing data and impact scenarios.

• Construct forecasting and scenario models for installs, conversions, retention, and revenue.

• Ensure data integrity across tools and pipelines through quality assurance processes.

• Collaborate with measurement vendors to track attribution and enhance acquisition reporting.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in growth, product, or marketing analytics within a B2C or SaaS setting.

• Proven track record in user acquisition, pricing, monetization, and/or migration initiatives for subscription-based products.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Familiarity with BigQuery or comparable cloud data warehouses like Redshift or Snowflake.

• Expertise in Tableau, Looker, or similar tools for reporting and complex data visualization.

• Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, Hotjar, or PostHog.

• Knowledge of marketing attribution platforms like Appsflyer, Adjust, or Kochava.

• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation.

• Strong understanding of product analytics, marketing analytics, statistics, experimentation, segmentation, churn modeling, and LTV modeling.

• Demonstrated ability to design self-service dashboards and serve as a strategic thought partner to PM/PMM teams.

• Solid business acumen and capability to work collaboratively with product, marketing, and engineering teams.

• Experience in machine learning or time-series inference is a significant plus.

• Advanced analytics experience, including causal inference, quasi-experiments, linear programming, or econometrics, is highly beneficial.
