This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +3 more countries.
• Create, launch, oversee, and enhance Google Ads campaigns aimed at lead generation.
• Manage accounts with typical monthly budgets ranging from $1,500 to $3,000.
• Perform keyword research, analyze search terms, manage negative keywords, and optimize bidding and campaigns.
• Track CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, and overall campaign performance to make informed budget and optimization decisions.
• Assess and refine the interaction between Google Ads, landing pages, ad copy, and conversion tracking.
• Examine the lead-to-client funnel to pinpoint where leads are lost after submitting inquiries.
• Formulate campaign strategies that focus on attracting qualified leads and paying clients, rather than merely increasing lead volume.
• Execute and evaluate various campaign structures, targeting methods, keywords, ads, and bidding strategies.
• 3 to 5 years of direct experience with Google Ads in managing lead generation campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability in handling Google Ads accounts with monthly budgets of $1,500 to $3,000 or more.
• Proficient in independently developing and optimizing Google Search campaigns.
• Extensive experience with keyword research, match types, negative keywords, bidding strategies, search terms, and campaign organization.
• Familiarity with conversion tracking and tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or comparable platforms.
• Experience in analyzing CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Ability to link Google Ads performance with tangible business results, such as qualified leads, scheduled appointments, or paying clients.
• Preferred: Experience working with psychotherapy practices, mental health, healthcare, or other local/service-oriented businesses.
• Preferred: Experience managing multiple small-business Google Ads accounts at the same time.
• Full-time role, Monday through Friday.
