PPC Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily paid search activities for a range of behavioral health client accounts

• Administer campaigns through Google Ads

• Track performance on a daily basis and implement optimizations

• Assist in the development of reporting and attribution systems linking ad expenditure to admissions

• Manage 10-15 client accounts, which includes campaign creation, optimizations, bid strategies, ad copy, and audience management

• Analyze pacing, cost per lead (CPL), impression share, and conversion volumes on a daily basis

• Identify performance irregularities prior to escalation

• Validate call tracking, GA4 events, and form submission conversion tracking

• Adhere to QA checklists and maintain ClickUp change logs for every account action

• Provide weekly performance updates and assist with monthly client-facing reporting packages

• Take responsibility for CPL, cost-per-VOB, and budget management across assigned accounts

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of direct experience managing Google Ads in a lead generation and direct-response context

• Experience in an agency setting managing multiple accounts concurrently

• Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), call tracking (CTM or CallRail), and Excel/Sheets for performance evaluation

• Process-oriented mindset: document modifications, adhere to SOPs, and conduct QA on your own work before marking it complete

• Excellent written English skills (C1+) with the capability to articulate performance insights effectively to a senior team
