This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Attract and recruit exceptional talent for SentinelOne's Americas Enterprise and Commercial Sales, Solutions Engineering, Channel Sales, and various go-to-market teams.
• Oversee the complete recruiting process, from identifying and engaging candidates to evaluating their suitability.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of strong passive candidates across different go-to-market roles.
• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to devise recruiting strategies, make critical decisions, and explore innovative talent acquisition methods.
• Serve as an advocate for clients and candidates through regular communication and diligent follow-up.
• Engage in recruiting projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing processes for the recruiting team, candidates, and the hiring panel.
• Utilize recruiting tools to source and creatively attract candidates.
• Collaborate with interview teams to deliver an outstanding candidate interview process and experience.
• Manage recruiting-related projects while maintaining high standards for recruiting and candidate experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, demonstrating a successful history of hiring quota-carrying go-to-market talent (AE, SE, Channel, etc.) in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
• Extensive outbound sourcing expertise, including competitor organization mapping, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Findem, and referral networks.
• Strong fluency in go-to-market domains, encompassing sales motions and methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
• Ability to critically evaluate sales track records, including quota attainment, quota size, deal size, ramp time, and the mix of new logos versus expansion.
• Experience in partnering with senior sales leadership as a trusted talent advisor.
• Capacity to manage 10-15 concurrent requisitions across various segments without compromising candidate quality or experience.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting, utilizing metrics such as funnel conversion, time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
• Proficiency in using AI as part of the recruiting process.
• Understanding of compensation and equity, including the ability to negotiate total compensation packages.
